PRODUCT CARE RECOMMENDATIONS
Lucien Elements products are crafted with premium quality materials and high jewelry techniques. Your Lucien Elements product is a piece of fine jewelry and deserves handling and care as befits such. To preserve the original beauty of your Lucien Elements product, please follow these recommendations for proper care.

SWAROVSKI® CRYSTALS
All gems used by Lucien Elements are directly imported from the Swarovski headquarters in Wattens, Austria. These gems are then individually hand set into specifically designed recesses. Although Lucien Elements products are designed to be durable, both the gems and the settings can be damaged with improper use. Avoid contact with liquids, lotions, perfumes, hairsprays, sweat and other substances that may leave layers of oils, chemicals, salt or dirt on the surface of the Swarovski crystals. Such layers may mute the brilliance and damage the special coating of the Swarovski crystals. To remove accumulated grime and restore the original brilliance of the Swarovski crystals, gently polish each Swarovski crystal individually with a clean microfiber cloth. Avoid any type of direct impact, sheering impact and repeated frictional pressure to the Swarovski crystals such as may be caused by drops, collisions with other hard objects like cosmetics cases and other jewelry inside of a handbag, and rough handling.

ANODIZED ALUMINUM COMPONENTS
The jewelry-grade metals used in the precision crafted and quality finished components require special care to maintain their sheen and luster. Avoid contact with sharp or abrasive objects and surfaces, as well as drops and knocks to protect them from scratches and dents. Also, avoid contact with chemicals, acid or alkaline solutions, solvents, carbonated liquids, and salt solutions including sweat as they can cause damage to the coating of the metals and the metals themselves.

GOLD or PLATINUM PLATED METALS
Lucien products containing precious metals have a much softer composite and extra care must be taken when handling.

LEATHER
All leathers can be damaged without proper care and the premium leathers used in Lucien Elements products are no exception. The natural markings and genuine irregularities are part of the unique quality of the premium leather. With proper care the premium leather will acquire a luxurious patina over time. Extreme temperatures and humidity are harmful to leather. Avoid contact with water, sweat, oily substances, solvents, cosmetics, and perfumes as they may stain the premium leather. In addition, avoid exposing the leather to direct sunlight for extended periods of time as the color of the product may fade. Prolonged contact with materials that may transfer colored pigments should also be avoided. Wipe a slightly dampened soft cloth in the direction of the natural grain avoiding excessive pressure to clean the leather product part as needed.
